The Wellington has an extensive martini menu with choices ranging from the traditional to the exotic, as well as a wine list with an international emphasis. Under the guidance of sommelier Deyna Libiran, wines have been especially selected to pair with Chef Brian’s cuisine.

The Wellington draws on the classic elegance of a traditional steak house enriched by a modern energy mirroring the well-established yet vibrant character of the neighborhood. Created by emerging San Diego designer Sarah Watlington, The Wellington Steak and Martini Lounge promises to be true to our unique vision of a warm, contemporary and sophisticated neighborhood restaurant.
